Job Title: General Labor – 1st Shift

Primary Activities/Duties:
- Assist in assembling components and products using hand tools and power tools.
- Support warehouse operations including receiving, scanning, and putting away stock.
- Pick and bundle customer orders using RF equipment.
- Load and unload trucks and move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Stage materials for production and transport finished goods to designated areas.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.
- Complete required documentation and labeling of parts and products.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
- Lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English.
- Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use RF scanners and software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Safety Requirements:
- Wear safety-toed footwear
- Safety glasses with side shields
- Hearing protection
- Other PPE as required.
Knowledge & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and RF scanning devices.
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
