Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000

Primary Activities/Duties
- Represent and communicate Rittal’s full product line to potential and existing customers.
- Increase sales and market share within a defined region through strategic outreach and proactive daily sales activities.
- Identify and build a high-priority target account database within assigned territories.
- Follow up on leads and quotations with existing and potential customers.
- Partner effectively with Field Sales to ensure full-cycle sales coverage and achieve regional goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Rittal products, markets, applications, and distributor models.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Manufacturer Reps, and Distributors.
- Communicate opportunities, issues, and market trends to management.
- Participate in trade shows and customer visits (up to 25%).
- Complete training rotations to gain advanced product knowledge and customer relationship skills.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales-related position.
- Technical background and knowledge of industrial products preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Quick learner, receptive to coaching, and collaborative team player.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to relocate for future sales advancement opportunities.
