Work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to assignment changes easily, ability to multi-task, learn office procedures and learn and use new software. Must be detailed oriented; communicate effectively via oral and written with all levels of employees, vendors and customers.

Complete directives given either verbally or written, make and assist in determining logical decisions.

- Manage AR projects end-to-end
- Serve as primary AR contact for top-tier customers
- Develop strategies to reduce aged receivables and improve cash flow
- Present AR insights into leadership and recommend process improvements
- Mentor Level I and II staff on advanced AR practices

Knowledge & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 7 years accounts receivable experience required.
- Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets.
- International collections experience preferred.
- Working with customer portals preferred knowledge.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
Compensation Range:
60,000 - 75,000
