DESCRIPCION DE PUESTO

Actividades y Responsabilidades:

Asegurar que el personal se encuentre completo en todas las áreas, con una inducción adecuada de la compañía, así como contribuir a la mejora continua del área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Reclutamiento y Selección de Personal, para mantener cubiertas las plantillas de personal autorizadas de acuerdo con perfil.
  • Realizar Pre-nomina.
  • vacaciones
  • tiempo extra
  • recibos de nomina
  • cumpleaños (pastel mes, incentivo al empleado)
  • seguridad e higiene (recorridos, incidencias)
  • aplicaciones de vacunas, coordinación campañas de vacunación, platicas.
  • brigadas de salud
  • platicas SGMM y SV
  • Implementar políticas que permitan controlar las gestiones del personal de la organización, así como levantamiento de incidencias y su documentación.
  • Elaborar y cumplir con programa anual de capacitación y seguimiento a matriz de esta.
  • Realizar sesiones de orientación, incorporaciones, gestionar la entrega de las herramientas de trabajo, y actualizar registros con los nuevos empleados.
  • Entrevista a los candidatos potenciales y/o canalización con los diferentes encargados de las áreas.
  • Gestión de altas con área de nóminas y la integración de expedientes de los colaboradores.
  • Apoyo a programas motivacionales.
  • Propuestas de programas internos y beneficios.
  • Apoyo en la implementación de comunicados internos.
  • Seguimiento a casos laborales.
  • Gestionar entrevistas de salida para la entrega de información y herramientas de la compañía.
  • Apoyo a la gerencia del área con presupuesto anual.
  • Manejo de indicadores (KPI´s, BSC) del área.
  • Interpretación de encuestas de clima laboral, 360°, 180° (Deseable)
  • Soporte a las auditorias.

Requisitos:
Experiencia en RR. HH. o un puesto administrativo o de Recursos Humanos relacionado
  • Carrera profesional titulado psicología, administración de empresas, contaduría pública.
  • Experiencia de 1-2 años en el área de recursos humanos
  • Conocimiento en procesos y mejores prácticas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Manejo fluido en de MS Office (especialmente MS Excel y MS PowerPoint).
  • Experiencia con bases de datos de RR. HH.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de búsqueda, como bases de datos de CV y comunidades en línea.
  • Familiaridad con el reclutamiento en las redes sociales.
  • Excepcionales capacidades comunicativas e interpersonales.
  • Capacidad de manejar datos respetando la confidencialidad.
  • Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Grado en Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado; se valorará la formación en Gestión de Recursos Humanos.
  • Nivel de Inglés suficiente para tener comunicación hablado y escrito con el corporativo.
