Recruiter
As a Recruiter, you’ll work with the HR and Recruiting team to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and the company. Your main focus will be recruiting hourly employees for manufacturing roles, helping with onboarding, and following up with new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to fill manufacturing roles (e.g., Welder, Machine Operator, Assembler, Material Handler, Shipping/Receiving).
- Source and recruit candidates for hourly production positions.
- Communicate regularly with the business about job openings and candidate status.
- Use various tools (databases, social media, referrals) to find and attract candidates.
- Interview applicants and assess their fit for open roles.
- Represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Maintain relationships with local schools and educational programs.
- Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a great candidate experience and provide timely updates.
- Support other recruiting projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Communication, or Business preferred).
- At least 4 years of recruiting experience, mainly in manufacturing.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office, HRIS (like SAP HR), and social media.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using multiple ATS platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
