Primary Activities/Duties

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to support recruitment for manufacturing roles including Welders, Machine Operators, Assemblers, Material Handlers, and Shipping/Receiving.
Source and recruit candidates for hourly production positions using various tools such as databases, social media, and referrals.
Communicate regularly with business leaders regarding job openings and candidate status.
Interview applicants and assess their fit for open roles.
Represent Rittal at career fairs and recruiting events.
Maintain relationships with local schools and educational programs to support talent pipelines.
Keep candidate records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Support onboarding and other recruiting-related projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Communication, or Business preferred.
Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on manufacturing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HR).
Experience using multiple ATS platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
