Human Resources Administrator

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will perform a wide range of support activities inside the HR department.

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will perform a wide range of support activities inside the HR department.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Manage various HR projects and programs.
- Collaborates and supports HR team members and peers to deliver upon the overall success of the team, the HR function, and the business.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Assist in planning, promoting and execution of positive employee/company relations through recognition and appreciation activities, organization wide-meetings, and celebrations.
- May assist in writing and development of HR policies, procedures, forms, memos, templates, and letters.
- Demonstrate discretion while working with sensitive and confidential materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently, and within a team environment to support the overall HR function.
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
